As a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist at Transitions Care you will own the full cycle recruiting process across the company, with a primary focus on proactively sourcing talent for high demand clinical and leadership roles. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process, and providing real time recruiting data to support operational decisions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with operational leaders to ensure consistent staffing across all locations and will be accountable for hiring speed, quality, and early retention outcomes.


This is a hybrid position, combining in-office and remote work. Travel will be required.


Major Responsibilities

Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Build and maintain steady candidate pipelines and talent pools by role and geographic area, with a focus on high demand clinical and leadership positions
  • Actively source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, school partnerships, alumni networks, niche job boards, competitors, and other sourcing channels
  • Partner with operational leaders (AVPs through Administrators) on staffing priorities, proactively identifying roadblocks and creating solutions
  • Manage and optimize vendor tools and relationships (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to diversify and strengthen candidate flow
  • Present qualified candidates with clear summaries to support timely hiring decisions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow ups to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Maintain standardized phone screens and interview guides
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers throughout the selection and offer process
  • Maintain real time visibility of candidates from sourcing through start date

Metrics and Reporting

  • Own recruiting performance metrics including open and closed positions, time to fill, pipeline volume, offer acceptance rate, and hiring progress versus plan
  • Identify trends by market and role and provide clear reporting to HR, executive leadership, and operational leaders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with applicable employment requirements and pay transparency regulations
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing tools, and best practices to continuously improve hiring results

Key Outcomes

  • Maintain active pipelines for all high demand clinical and leadership roles
  • Meet defined time to fill targets by role type
  • Improve offer acceptance rates
  • Support strong 30/60/90 day retention of new hires
  • Provide weekly recruiting performance dashboards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring healthcare clinical professionals and leadership positions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of applicable employment requirements related to recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related software
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
