Respiratory Therapist Responsibility Highlights include:
- Maintaining patient airways with tracheal suctioning, trach changes, and routine trach changes.
- Initiate ventilator wearing per Physicians order.
- Administer medication via nebulizer or MDI per MD order.
- Perform CPT and cough assist per MD order.
Respiratory Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum Associates of Science or Associates of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited school.
- Must have current and valid Respiratory Therapy PA License.
- Must have experience in Respiratory Therapist capacity in a Skilled Nursing Facility or other medical facility.
