Dietary Aide Responsibility Highlights include:
- Assist in the preparation, pre-portioning, and/or serving of meals, beverages, and snacks for regular and therapeutic diets according to planned menu as directed.
- Prepare, store, and dispose of food using proper food handling, food labeling, and food safety techniques according to facility and regulatory standards.
- Perform assigned kitchen and dining room cleaning assignments utilizing proper cleaning chemicals and techniques according to facility and regulatory standards.
