Role Description
This is a full-time community-based role for a Community Behavioral Health Manager. The Community Behavioral Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating behavioral health programs and services for individuals with Autism and related disabilities. This includes developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with community organizations and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health management and working with individuals with Autism
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in Autism treatment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Academic degree in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling)
- Experience in program development and evaluation
- Knowledge of community resources and services for individuals with Autism
