Caregiver

Transitions At Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable Part-Time Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in the Tomah area.

If you have a passion for helping others maintain their independence and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you. As a caregiver, you'll make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support

Hours: Part-Time 26 Hours a Week

• Monday-Friday - Hours vary on the Days.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• One year of Caregiving experience preferred
• A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
