Caregiver

Transitions At Home, is currently seeking to hire a Very Compassionate Caregiver to treat in Stevens Point. This Caregiver will assist with Daily Activities, Companionship, Med Reminders, Bathing, Dressing, Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Assist with Exercise Program.

What does a Transitions at Home Caregiver do?

A Caregiver performs services for the clients as necessary to maintain the personal care and comfort of the client while in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the NM Manager.

Hours: PRN - 6 Hours a week with the possibility of more.

• Tuesday & Thursday 830am - 1130am each week
• No Weekends or Holidays

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
