Caregiver/Companion

Transitions at Home is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Full-Time Caregiver to join our team. This role involves visiting multiple clients in their homes throughout the day, providing essential non-medical care and companionship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide mobility support and help with light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Follow individualized care plans for each client
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between clients’ homes
• Ability to work with multiple clients in a single day
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must pass background check and provide references
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• No weekends or holidays required
