Requirements:Education & Licensure
-
Active IL Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience -
1–3 years in:
Long-term care (LTC) or SNF
Skilled nursing or rehab setting -
Prior MDS experience strongly preferred
Certifications (Preferred) - RAC-CT (Resident Assessment Coordinator–Certified) from AAPACN
