Psychiatric Rehab Services Coordinator (PRSC) - Part-time PM Shift

• Hourly Wage: $24.00/hr.  Part time benefits such as paid time off and paid sick time 
• Shift:  Part-time (3 shifts per week) 
• Schedule: PM shift  3:00 pm-11:30 pm with an every other weekend rotation (Sat & Sun)

• NOTE:  Your first day will be spent in orientation from 10:30am to 4pm.  The following 4 days will be spent in departmental training from 9am-5pm.  After the first 5 days, you will move to the schedule above.

Job Description

What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC) provides group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to adults with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and in need of long-term care stabilization.  You will participate with the interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing therapeutic services and interventions.

Qualifications

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC):  officially we title this job a PRSC, but in other centers it may be called a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Coordinator, Psychiatric Rehab Coordinator, Psychiatric Rehab Counselor, or Mental or Behavioral Health Counselor

What we need from you:

• Prior experience as a PRSC or mental health professional in a licensed nursing home, intermediate care facility, or specialized mental health rehab facility is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology) and have a minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is required 
• CADC certification helpful
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
