Company Description
- Hourly Wage: $22-26, based on experience
- Status: This is a PRN, Per Required Need (“On-Call”) position
- Shift: We have 8-hour shifts. Our greatest need is for the PMs & Overnight shifts.
- Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon.
- Orientation note: Our New Employee Orientation classes are held on Wednesday’s from 10:30-4pm. You would be expected to attend the full session.

Job Description
PRN (Per Required Need) / On-Call Position
This is an as-needed, on-call role with no guaranteed hours.
Minimum Availability Requirements:
- Commitment to at least two (2) weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Intermittent weekday availability as needed
- Flexibility to work Day, PM, and NOC shifts (PMs and NOCs are most needed)
- Availability to work some holidays
- Availability to attend a Wednesday New Employee Orientation
Additional Details:
- Shifts may be scheduled in advance or offered with short notice
- No guaranteed hours
- No benefits or insurance offered for PRN status
- Non-union position
Qualifications
What we need from you:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in IL
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population is helpful, but not required
