You’ll be connecting with hiring managers, HR professionals, and company leaders daily, helping them solve their most critical hiring challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of ~100 client accounts within your territory or focus area
- Schedule and conduct 8–10 in-person or virtual meetings per week with hiring managers and HR leaders
- Build trusted relationships through consistent follow-up, professionalism, and curiosity
- Leverage our advanced CRM system and sales technology stack to manage leads and track results
- Participate in daily mentorship, sales training, and role-playing sessions to sharpen your approach
- Collaborate with a high-performing remote team to achieve shared goals
- Execute outreach campaigns, networking efforts, and client development strategies

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Naturally curious, organized, and motivated by results
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Excited to grow, learn, and be coached daily
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$100,000 in your first 12-18 months
- Additional upside as your book of business grows over time
