Transition Productions is looking for a full-time Production Coordinator to support day-to-day workflow across production, post, and content development teams while gaining hands on experience across a high-volume sports and branded content slate.
Responsibilities
- Support production logistics across multiple active projects
- Assist with shoot prep, call sheets, and scheduling coordination
- Provide direct coordination support to the in-house Director/EP, Associate Producer, and Post Production Supervisor across active productions
- Help manage media handoffs between production and post teams
- Maintain internal tracking documents and workflow system
- Contribute to overall operational organization across the company
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with post workflows a plus
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in live sports and branded content production
