- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas.
- RN BSN preferred. OASIS certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role in home health, with at least 2 years of experience in home health care.
- Strong understanding of home health care regulations, quality assurance processes, industry best practices, OASIS, Value Based Purchasing & Star Ratings.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
