What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at TRANSITION ENGINEERING SURVEYING LLC?
Administrative Assistant Roles and Responsibilities:
Office Management: working alongside the Project Manager and Owner to help with any office task requested.
Payroll: Review of timecards, mileage logs, expense reports, editing time sheets when necessary in Quickbooks Online, and running payroll
Accounting/Bookkeeping: Entering transactions into Quickbooks online, scanning, filing, and matching receipts to transactions, reconciling accounts, taxes (quarterly and end of year)
Accounts Receivable: preparing and checking invoices, inputting any payments received or payments out to vendors into Quickbooks, work may include calling out to clients defaulting on bills
Skills:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator
Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience with Quickbooks Online
Strong typing skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
50 WPM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.23 - $24.03 per hour
