Duties
- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during this challenging time.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home community care or inpatient settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is beneficial.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices and patient care protocols is essential.
- Experience in a medical office or clinic environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy tasks if required by the patient's care plan.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Must be able to pass background checks as required by healthcare regulations.
