Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $25–$37/hour $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on school buses
Complete preventive maintenance inspections to keep our fleet safe and road-ready
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems
Ensure all repairs meet DOT and safety standards
Work independently while staying connected with the team
What You’ll Get
$25–$37/hour based on experience
$5,000 sign-on bonus

What You Bring
Experience working on medium-duty diesel vehicles or buses
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Strong commitment to safety and quality work
Valid driver’s license
CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with Ford, GM, or fleet vehicles
ASE certifications
Previous school bus or transit fleet experience
- Beacon Mobility offers a paid ASE Certification Program with quarterly bonuses.
- Earn $35–$100 per quarter per certification, with total potential earnings up to $7,820 per year.
- We cover ASE test and registration fees after test-prep completion.
- Bonuses are paid automatically and included in regular paychecks.
- Additional $1,000 Blue Seal bonus available at qualifying locations.
