Transistor Digital Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

We’re a fully remote search marketing agency based out of Milwaukee, WI that partners with medium-sized to multi-million dollar companies across industries like software, manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, and travel. Our SEO and PPC teams are focused on driving impactful results.

We’re a transparent, results-driven team that values testing, learning, and continuous improvement. We expect everyone here to take ownership of their work and their accounts. At the same time, we prioritize a collaborative, supportive environment where ideas are shared openly and learning is part of the job.

The SEO Analyst supports client accounts while leading execution for smaller clients. In this role, you’ll conduct keyword research, write and optimize metadata and on-page content, assess site health, and prepare monthly performance reports, while also providing ad hoc support across accounts as needed. You’ll collaborate on larger client engagements in ways that align with your strengths whether that’s content, technical SEO, or analysis.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be trusted to own your work, challenged to improve, and supported by a team that values both performance and work/life balance, you’ll fit right in.

  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as SEOMonitor, Semrush, and Ahrefs to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc performance reports in Data Studio with clear insights and recommended next steps.

  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training - we want anyone in this role to be actively working toward career growth.

Client Communication
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams in meetings and via Slack on project status, ideas, blockers, and insights to support a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute during client meetings (or via email, Slack) with project updates and informed perspectives.
  • Clearly explain the “why” behind SEO recommendations so clients understand the strategy and expected impact.
  • Give and receive feedback professionally, and navigate differing perspectives (internally and with clients) to reach productive outcomes.
