Job Duties
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing service information.
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with clients on quotes and sales inquiries.
- Monitor and track sales performance, generating reports and insights as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in managing customer databases, updating contact details, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Accurately input and track customer orders in the internal system.
- Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and delivery information.
- Liaise with operation and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring excellent communication.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and sales opportunities.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing sales events, and managing agendas for the sales team.

- Freight industry experience preferred, however, we are open to training the right candidate.
- Experience in freight forwarding operations processes and procedures.
- Experience of bonded freight and cargo.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, eager to learn, and customer-focused.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
