Role Description This full-time Apprentice role at Transformed LLC is an on-site position located in Norfolk, VA. The Apprentice will support experienced stylists with daily salon operations, including preparing stations, shampooing clients, assisting with basic styling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role involves learning and practicing foundational haircare and styling techniques under supervision, while observing client consultations and service delivery. The Apprentice will also help with greeting clients, scheduling, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive salon experience. Over time, the Apprentice is expected to develop technical skills and professional salon etiquette to grow into a more advanced stylist role.
Qualifications
