Position Description:
Company: Transform SR Holding Management LLCDuties: Manage software engineering functions and team(s) to implement ecommerce based initiatives. Lead the creation, improvement and operations of technical products and services. Innovate and deliver software that improves upon key pillars of the corporate strategy. Lead the design of new applications and technology through collaboration and participation in the discovery, documentation and validation designs before and during software development. Manage end-to-end development of software and personnel for ecommerce applications and related technologies. Ensure successful delivery of solutions, meet specifications, and create little to no operational support overhead. Collaborate with other managers and consistently and effectively communicate across the organization and up the leadership chain. Lead design and/or code reviews. Drive initiatives for operational improvement and ensure team members do the same. Establish and monitor metrics of technical and business importance that are generated within assigned system and/or functional area. Mentor individual contributor team members. Perform supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field plus 3 years of experience analyzing, designing and developing web applications using Microsoft technologies within the retail domain. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of experience analyzing, designing and developing web applications using Microsoft technologies within the retail domain. Candidate must also possess: (1)Demonstrated Expertise (DE) analyzing, designing and developing high volume/traffic applications and solutions in C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5, Angular JS, React JS, and Bootstrap; (2) DE in microservices and serverless architecture using AWS and Azure; (3) DE in database design and development within SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL technologies, and performing data migration using SSIS; (4) DE developing job automation and e-commerce data processing using Jenkins, Big Data, Hadoop, Pig, Hive and SOLR queries, and NoSQL databases Mongo DB and Cassandra for production transactions (OLTP), and providing analytics support (OLAP) within high transaction volume environments; (5) DE implementing automation testing using in NUnit, MSTest, Selenium and increased code coverage; and (6) DE project managing within a global delivery model.
