Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum two (2) years of recent, continuous experience as a psychotherapist
- Masters degree or higher in behavioral science
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Washington) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Washington) OR Mental Health Counselor License (Washington) OR equivalent
- Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to clinician’s modalities and scope of training
- Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
- Professional liability insurance and cyber insurance
- Reliable internet connection and own computer for telehealth sessions and client records
- Your own business license (required for contract work)
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or family therapy, with Gottman training preferred for couples therapists
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, Mental Status Exams, and identify special/high-risk issues
- Formulate diagnoses and provide consultation, referrals, and coordination of care between providers
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, including realistic treatment plans with clear outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with TGT standards
- Uphold ethical professional relationships with colleagues and respect therapeutic boundaries
- Manage caseload and schedule to maintain professional standards and work-life balance
Clinical support:
- Administrative support (Credentialing, Verification of benefits, billing, scheduling, client onboarding/intake services, and Initial contact interaction)
- Receptionist during business hours
- Furnished waiting room and private office
- Cleaning/trash service
- Inbox/Mail drop downstairs (UPS)
- Salted parking lot during winter
- Walking trail behind building for optional walk and talk therapy
Compensation & Fees:
- Fee split of 70/30 in clinicians favor per paid claim (license dependent)
- Clinicians seeing 20 clients a week can earn ~$73k/year
- $600/month for use of furnished office space
- $158/month for technology services
- One-time $250 fee for onboarding/setup costs
