These treatment methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformation for their clients. About The Psychiatrist Role

• No required call
• Opportunity to work with adult patients.
• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Completed or completing residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry
• License to practice medicine in the State of Maryland and/or Virginia.
• Valid DEA registration
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred).
  
  

About The Practice

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office based outpatient.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.

Columbia Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
