Transformations by Jill is a growing, award-winning home staging company serving the Richmond area. For more than 14 years, we've partnered with over 75 Realtors, builders, investors, and homeowners to prepare properties that sell faster and make a lasting first impression.

What You'll Do
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, artwork, rugs, and décor.
- Assist with staging and destaging homes throughout the Richmond area.
- Carefully wrap, protect, and handle furniture and accessories.
- Keep our moving truck clean, organized, and ready for each day's projects.
- Help maintain an organized warehouse and staging inventory.
- Work closely with our staging team to ensure every project is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Represent Transformations by Jill professionally while interacting with clients and Realtors.
- Follow safe lifting and moving practices to protect both our team and our inventory.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds safely.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and respect for clients' homes.
- Moving, furniture delivery, warehouse, or similar experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
Work Location
- Daily start and finish at our warehouse in Glen Allen, VA.
- Local travel throughout the Richmond area.
