At Transformation House, our Recovery Techs play an essential role in supporting clients and ensuring a safe, structured environment. You’ll work closely with clinical and nursing teams, monitor client activities, administer medications, and help maintain a positive milieu. This is for our men's residential site in Fridley.
All Techs are required to work every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document client activities, ensuring safety and accountability
- Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)
- Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation
- Administer or oversee medication distribution
- Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests as required
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)
- Assist with facility upkeep and client chore organization
- Provide client transportation as needed
- Utilize de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Prepare meals when required
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance
- Ability to pass DHS Background Study
- Basic computer skills
