We are hiring a Recovery Tech for our Men's Residential facility in Fridley, for the day position (7a-3p)

What You’ll Do
You’ll help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients in recovery. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and document client activities to ensure safety and accountability
- Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)
- Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation
- Administer or oversee medication distribution (training provided)
- Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)
- Support facility cleanliness and client chore completion
- Provide transportation using company vehicles
- Utilize de‑escalation skills to support clients during difficult moments
- Prepare simple meals when needed
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
This role blends structure, teamwork, and client interaction — without the physical demands of traditional CNA work.
Requirements:
- Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance
- Ability to pass DHS Background Study
- CNA Certificate Preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills
- Must have 2 years continuous freedom from substance abuse
