Virtual LCSW-C Clinical Supervisor (Contract)

Transformation Healthcare Inc. (THI) is seeking a licensed LCSW-C in Maryland to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for social workers holding trainee licenses.

This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity for experienced clinicians who are passionate about mentoring, clinical oversight, and ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance.

The Clinical Supervisor will provide weekly supervision and documentation review/sign-off for assigned supervisees in accordance with Maryland Board requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly 1:1 clinical supervision to assigned supervisees
• Review, approve, and sign all clinical documentation and progress notes on a weekly basis
• Ensure supervisees meet clinical, ethical, and documentation standards
• Provide guidance on treatment planning, interventions, and case conceptualization
• Support supervisees in meeting licensure and professional development requirements
• Maintain compliance with Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners supervision standards
• Actively participate in biweekly clinical team meetings to support collaboration, case review, and clinical quality
• Communicate with leadership regarding supervisee performance, progress, and any concerns

Requirements

• Active LCSW-C license in the State of Maryland (REQUIRED)
• Must be in good standing with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision under Maryland regulations
• Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Clinical documentation standards
• Treatment planning and evidence-based interventions
• Ethical and legal requirements in behavioral health

Compensation Structure

• $125 per supervisee, per week

Compensation includes:

• Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision
• Weekly review and sign-off of all assigned supervisee documentation/notes

Compensation is tied to active supervision and weekly documentation review per supervisee

Important Note

This role is strictly for clinical supervision and documentation oversight.
This is not a direct service provider role.
