Transformation Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in Virginia Beach. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working with patients across the lifespan in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment.

Position Overview
This is an in-office position providing outpatient therapy services to children, teenagers, and adults. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents/guardians, schools, and other providers as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT-informed, play therapy, etc.)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment
Qualifications
- Active Virginia license as an LPC or LCSW (required)
- Experience working with children and adolescents (preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care
