Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the front desk
- Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system
- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and care, including intake documentation review
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and answering patient questions regarding aesthetic treatments
- Prior experience in a medical office setting or dental clinic environment is highly preferred
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite; typing speed of at least 10-key for efficient data entry
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of health information management practices and clinic administrative support procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
