We are a next-generation surgical platform that allows physicians to focus exclusively on clinical excellence, while our management services organization (MSO) handles everything else required to grow and scale a high-performing practice.
We provide a fully built infrastructure around you, including patient acquisition, scheduling, coordination, and reputation management — allowing you to operate at maximum efficiency and case volume. Depending on your experience, we have both part time non-exclusive positions and full time exclusive positions available.
What You’ll Do
- Perform cosmetic / elective surgical procedures in an ASC setting
- Focus entirely on patient care, clinical processes, and surgical outcomes
- Collaborate with a dedicated non-clinical team handling:
- Patient acquisition and marketing
- Branding
- Scheduling and intake
- Patient Concierge Services
- Post-care follow-up and review management

Our MSO is compensated on a per-case service basis, reflecting the full scope of non-clinical support required to consistently generate and manage patient demand — enabling you to operate at scale without overhead burden or being tied to an exclusive contract
Compensation Structure
- Competitive, case-based surgical compensation reflecting Fair Market Value
- No requirement to fund:
- Marketing
- Administrative staff
- Digital Infrastructure or overhead
- Opportunity to scale income through increased case volume
Ideal Candidate
- Board-certified or board-eligible plastic / cosmetic surgeon
- Currently Holds Practicing Privileges for at least 1 ASC
- Focused on clinical quality and patient outcomes
- Interested in high case volume
- Available to immediately take new patients at least 2 days per month
- Open to a modern, platform-driven practice model
