What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Apprentice position at Transform Electric?
Transform Electric is hiring for a full-time Electrical Apprentice to join our crew in St. George, UT. We are looking for outstanding individuals that want to grow professionally and personally.
What It Looks Like:
- Morning meeting with the crew to line out the day's work & tasks.
- 10 hours on your feet, walking, squatting, climbing and lifting.
- Working with your hands, tools, materials and equipment.
- Prefabrication of common devices and materials.
- Installation and documentation of all assigned work.

- A Self Motivated Individual: We want someone with a GREAT attitude. Positivity and being able to collaborate with the entire team is a must.
- A Proficient Learner: Someone who is able to receive and implement the advice and training that’s given.
- A Forward Thinker: A person who is always looking where the puck is going and is ready to move to the next task.
- Technologically Adept: We train our entire team to read and understand blueprints as well as digitally document throughout the project.
- Willing To Travel: Our St. George crew is primarily responsible for projects based in Southern UT, however, assisting our Northern UT crew and working on projects throughout the state will occasionally be required.
- Passionate: Someone who loves working hard and is excited about being within the electrical industry.
- Goal Oriented: Someone who is ready to jump start or continue their career in a high demand and technical trade.
- Education: Ready to start or currently enrolled within an electrical apprenticeship program. (1st-2nd year electricians preferred)
- Clean & Presentable: Someone who takes care of themselves and is willing and able to pass a drug test.

Pay Range: $16.00-$35.00 Hourly
