Patient Experience Concierge

Job Summary
Join a dynamic healthcare business that specializes in life changing transformations. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Relationship Concierge to build long-term relationships with prospective and active patients and guide them through their healthcare journey—from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment decisions, and ongoing engagement. This role is ideal for someone who excels at outbound calling, relationship-based sales, and providing a high-touch, concierge-level experience over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to engage prospective patients and establish long-term rapport
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails with a relationship-first mindset
• Understand patient goals, concerns, and readiness over multiple touchpoints
• Educate patients on services, treatment options, and pricing
• Convert qualified leads into consultations, procedures, and ongoing care
• Provide consistent follow-up to nurture relationships and maximize lifetime patient value
• Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the patient journey
• Document all interactions and relationship milestones in the CRM

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required – verbal and written)
• 2 years of experience in sales, patient coordination, call center, or customer service
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships over time
• Strong phone presence with a consultative, patient-centered approach
• Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and closing consultations
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare, medical, bariatric, aesthetics, or wellness environment
• CRM or EHR experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
