About the Position
The Non-CDL/CDL B Driver will be responsible for delivering freight directly to grocery stores, ensuring timely and efficient service. The routes typically start between 12:30PM and 4:00 PM and can involve shifts of up to 12 hours, depending on volume. This role requires handling touch freight, including palletized freight and carts.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $20-$26 per hour
- Schedule: Rotating schedules, 2-3 days off per week
- Shifts: Shifts starting between 12:30 and 4 pm
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver freight to grocery stores' front doors
- Handle palletized freight by taking totes off pallets and using a dolly
- Use liftgate to transport carts into the back coolers
- Return any empties as needed
- Rotate weekends as part of a 7-day operation
Minimum Requirements
- 9 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Valid Driver's License or CDL B
- Valid DOT Med card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
