TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Hartford, Connecticut.

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3 AM start, 10 hour shifts, 40-50 hours per week.
Pay: $21 Per Hour, $1,000 - $1,100 Estimated weekly pay
Route Type: local
Freight / Load Type: flowers
Equipment: 16' to 24' refrigerated box trucks
Handling: unloading and unloading carts
Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:
License: Non-CDL
Experience: 1 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements: Med card
Equipment Experience: Box truck
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 16' to 24' box refrigerated box truck on local routes
Transport flowers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks including unloading carts of flowers
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role, including unloading carts of flowers at customer sites
