TransForce is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Details:
Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Start time 6AM; 8-10 hours per day; average 40 - 50 hours per week
Pay: $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 Estimated weekly pay
Route Type: local
Freight / Load Type: Hauling seafood to hotels & restaurants
Equipment: refrigerated box truck
Handling: Pallet jack for deliveries & some warehouse work
Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Minimum Requirements:
License: Non-CDL
Experience: 3-6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Equipment Experience: Box truck
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:
Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes
Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks including using a pallet jack for deliveries
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
- Some warehouse work required after deliveries are completed
