Schedules: 3rd Shift - Sun to Tue alternating every other Wednesday. 3rd Shift - Thu to Sat alternating every other Wednesday.
The primary responsibilities of the Dispatcher/Supervisor will be to lead, manage and develop relationships with CDL A drivers and increase overall driver satisfaction to improve safety and driver retention. This position will work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.

- Will manage a staff of DOT CDL A drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability
- Responsible for daily planning of equipment and drivers while ensuring high utilization
- Coordinating Assignment of loads and equipment
- Assisting with driver compliance for safety and training
- Complete daily activity reports
- Managing appointment and equipment issues
- Communicating with receivers at delivery locations as needed.
- Provide support for management personnel

Dispatcher Requirements :
- Previous DOT transportation dispatch experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience prioritizing projects
- Possess customer servicerelated experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work under stressful situations
- Must have strong MS Office experience
- Must be willing to work nights and some weekends
Salary : $65,000
