Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor Requirements
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to lead, manage and develop relationships with DOT CDL A union drivers and increase overall driver satisfaction to improve safety and driver retention. This position will work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.
- Will manage a staff of DOT CDL A union drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability
- Track and administer transportation department payroll; hourly, component, and bonuses.
- Prepare referral and sign on bonus reports for drivers.
- Assist with driver scheduling routes and bid process
- Responsible for handling various invoices for processing
- Ability to provide back-up, support, and training with other transportation support team members.
- Responsible for daily planning and scheduling of equipment and drivers while ensuring high utilization
- Act as a liaison between the customer, drivers and internal departments
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Provide support for management personnel
- Sunday thru Wednesday, DAYS!! OR Wednesday thru Saturday, DAYS!!Sunday thru Thursday, DAYS!!

Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor Requirements
- Previous transportation management experience mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience prioritizing projects
- Previous experience in a union environment is "Preferred"
- Possess customer service related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under challengingsituations
- Must have strong MS Office experience
