Parts Counter Sales

```Duties```
-Provide excellent parts customer service by communicating effectively and serving the needs of parts customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or in person)

-Accurately look up parts for customers and service technicians

-Oversee the parts sales process from initial inquiry to final transaction.

-Fulfill special-order parts requests promptly and efficiently.

-Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding parts availability, statue, and delivery.

-Provide professional and friendly assistance to both internal staff and external customers.

-Assist with inventory management as needed.

-Regularly monitor stock levels in storage and shelves.

- Help maintain inventory of parts and supplies in a warehouse setting
- Help manage all core return to ensure the cores are being sent back monthly
- check in freight each morning. Bring parts out for service as needed in a timely manner
- Post parts into inventory and put on the respective bin location
- Help maintain all other warehouse duties for the parts department
- Quote out parts for repairs for customers and the shop
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices
- Strong computer knowledge
- Experience with heavy duty truck parts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
