• Competitive compensation package of minimum $75,000 – maximum $79,500

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the warranty process in accordance with company policy and within the parameters established by the manufacturers. Claims need to be filed in a timely manner.
- Performs periodic audits of maintenance systems to ensure claims are getting flagged for potential warranty. Reports discrepancies to the warranty director to modify the warranty agreements.
- Identifies product deficiencies and failure trends and communicates this information to the Technical Department. Tracks TSR reports as they relate to warranty.
- Maintains database of all warranty claims and their current status. Proper follow-up with manufacturers on aged claims.
- Works in partnership with the technical team to ensure the timely processing of recalls and campaigns.
- Work closely with maintenance staff (DOM, MMS, Parts Managers and Maintenance Supervisors) to follow up on warranty questions and gather additional information required to process claims promptly.
Qualifications:
- Technical certifications are a plus.
- 3-to 4 years of related experience are necessary. Vehicle warranty experience, fleet maintenance experience, and vehicle parts experience are required.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills including MS office products.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong Administrative and Clerical Skills.
- Excellent Recordkeeping and Data Accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-30% of the job is performed outside, and work alone..
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
- Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
