Utility Supervisor
Transdev in Arcadia, CA is hiring a Utility Supervisor. The Utility Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
- $30 - $32.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

- Vacation: up to 14 days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly part- time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Operators scheduling & staffing of routes.
- Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communication, appraisal, training, and coaching.
- Perform Operator safety evaluation ride checks, investigate and respond to situations, resolve operational issues.
- Read maps, interpret transit operating rules and policies.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Commercial Driving License with passenger and airbrake endorsements (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
