**Lot Attendant**
Transdev in **Baltimore, MD** is seeking a Lot Attendant to provide operational oversight, day-to-day management, and assist drivers in safe route operation. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

**Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:**
$23.69 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

Vacation **:** up to 14 days per year
Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly full-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
Move vehicles in building and lot, and deliver vehicles to locations and fuel & inspection stations
Maintain vehicle mileage records
Building supplies inventory
Clean and maintain building interior and exterior
Other duties as required.
**Qualifications** :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to learn and perfect maintenance skills
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
**Physical Requirements:**
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
