Human Resources Clerk
Transdev in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Human Resources Clerk. The Human Resources Clerk supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Transdev is proud to offer:
  • Competitive compensation package of minimum $20.00 – maximum $23.00
Benefits include:
  • Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
  • Sick days: 5 days
  • Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
  • Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process new applications and schedule interviews through Application Tracking System
  • Complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork, digitally
  • Monitor and assist Human Resources Managers & supervisors with hiring processes for compliance with all state and federal laws and company policies
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Manage driver & staff payroll
  • Track employee attendance & maintain driver seniority list
  • Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedure
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • College course work in a related field is preferred.
  • Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
