Transdev in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Human Resources Clerk. The Human Resources Clerk supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Transdev is proud to offer:
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $20.00 – maximum $23.00
Benefits include:
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process new applications and schedule interviews through Application Tracking System
- Complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork, digitally
- Monitor and assist Human Resources Managers & supervisors with hiring processes for compliance with all state and federal laws and company policies
- Create and maintain employee files
- Manage driver & staff payroll
- Track employee attendance & maintain driver seniority list
- Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedure
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- College course work in a related field is preferred.
- Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
