Major Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily service by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, scheduling, vehicle data reporting etc.
- Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding service information.
- Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators.
- Manages daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
- Already have or the ability to obtain a CDL (will train)
Minimum Education & Certifications Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-5 years experience preferred but will train.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of and efficient use of computer applications, Word Excel etc.
