What You’ll Do
- Lead design of transformers, inductors, planar magnetics, chokes, EMI filters, and high-voltage magnetic assemblies
- Own designs from customer requirements through validation and production
- Interface directly with defense/aerospace customers and suppliers
- Develop and execute prototype testing and performance validation
- Apply SPICE, 3D CAD, and electromagnetic FEA tools
- Supervise engineers and contribute to technical direction and process improvement
- Technically challenging, mission-critical work
- High visibility, design ownership, and customer interaction
What We’re Looking For
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or related)
- 8 years of electrical engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with magnetic component design and/or SMPS circuits
- Strong understanding of high-frequency magnetics, materials, and loss mechanisms
- Defense, aerospace, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Interest in expanding into a technical leadership or management role
