Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the lease purchase program
- Understand all aspects of equipment leasing contracts
- Learning and advising on Lease purchase program, LP coaching and support to improve LP profitability and lower LP turnover
- Meet with LP DM's, help the DM’s become more successful in their performance
- Maintain maintenance charge backs for LP drivers
- Monitor LP Balance Statements
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years experience in Transportation
- 3-5 years experience working with equipment leasing contracts
