Position: Java Lead

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable enterprise applications within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate has expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies, with experience building high-performance, regulatory-compliant solutions. This role includes providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software.
Requirements:
- 8 years of Java development experience with proven technical leadership
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and financial services applications
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, regulatory compliance, and high-availability systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
