We're hiring experienced Hardware Verification Engineers / Electrical Engineers for an exciting Aerospace client.
Required Skills:
✅ 8–20 years of Hardware/FPGA Verification experience
✅ DO-254 (Mandatory)
✅ SystemVerilog and/or UVM
✅ FPGA Verification (Lab Testing or Design Verification)
✅ RTL Design using VHDL, Verilog & SystemVerilog
✅ UVM Constrained Random Verification
✅ Static Timing Analysis, Lint & CDC
✅ FPGA/ASIC Development Experience
✅ Experience with Xilinx FPGA is a strong plus
✅ Ability to mentor offshore teams and provide DO-254 process guidance
Responsibilities:
✔ RTL Design & Simulation
✔ FPGA Verification & Validation
✔ Develop DO-254 certification artifacts for FAA DAL-A compliance
✔ Support synthesis, place & route, and hardware lifecycle activities
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
✔ Guide verification engineers and support offshore coordination
