Position: Detail-Oriented Cleaning Specialist Location: Brunswick, ME Shift Options: • Evening: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM • Monday Through Friday Schedule: 5 Days a Week - (5 hours per week)
Hourly Pay: $24 – $25 (based on experience) Growth Potential: Performance-based pay increases and advancement opportunities

Ideal Experience Includes:
• Deep cleaning and sanitization of restrooms and shared facilities • Precise vacuuming, including baseboards, corners, and under furniture • Knowledge of disinfection and sanitation best practices • Strong awareness of high-touch points and potential contamination areas • Confidence in identifying and correcting small cleaning concerns proactively
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming • Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic areas • Dust and clean furniture, ledges, fixtures, and surfaces • Restock consumables: toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other supplies • Empty, clean, and re-line trash and recycling receptacles • Safely use and maintain janitorial tools and equipment • Wear required PPE and follow strict safety guidelines • Communicate facility needs or maintenance issues to supervisors • Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Transcend participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor (standing, bending, walking) for extended periods • Must clock in and out from the job site using our digital timekeeping system • Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled • Company-issued uniform and badge must be worn at all times during work • Strong communication
