We are actively seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Salesforce Hunter / Client Partner with a strong track record in new business acquisition and strategic deal closures. This role is ideal for sales leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and have deep experience selling Salesforce-led digital transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, executive presence, and the ability to close large enterprise deals while expanding market presence across multiple industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end new business development and revenue growth
- Identify, develop, and close large Salesforce transformation opportunities
- Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships across enterprise accounts
- Develop strategic account plans and go-to-market strategies
- Drive pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to shape winning proposals
- Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–20 years of experience in enterprise IT/services sales
- Strong experience in hunting / new logo acquisition
- Proven success in closing large enterprise deals ($5M )
- Deep expertise in selling Salesforce services and cloud solutions

- Strong understanding of digital transformation programs
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
