We're seeking an energetic and skilled Brand Ambassador to represent our automotive client at an upcoming major industry tradeshow!
Event Details
- Location: Las Vegas Convention Center, (3150 Paradise Rd Las Vegas, NV 89109)
- Tradeshow: CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026
- Schedule:
- March 2 nd 3:00pm – 5:00pm (Orientation)
- March 3 rd 9:00am – 5:00pm
- March 4 th 9:00am – 5:00pm
- March 5 th 9:00am – 5:00pm
- March 6 th 9:00am – 5:00pm
- March 7 th 9:00am – 3:00pm
Guest Management
- Efficiently check in guests using badge scanning and lead capture processes
- Guide attendees through the experience, providing support as needed
- Direct guests to appropriate OEM representatives based on their inquiries
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm, especially during peak traffic periods
- Collaborate with the Booth Manager for scheduling and break coordination
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while ensuring positive guest interactions
- Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador at large events, preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently
- Daily parking/transportation reimbursement up to $25 (receipts required)
- Lunch break (30 minutes) scheduled by Booth Manager
- Punctuality and adherence to check-in procedures are crucial
