Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Pricing Analyst with strong experience in over-the-road (OTR) trucking to support our carrier sales and operations teams. This role is critical in managing daily pricing, carrier sourcing, cost optimization, and identifying warehouse solutions across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Price FTL/LTL shipments across the U.S. (flatbed, step deck, reefer, dry van, RGN)
Source and negotiate with carriers, drayage providers, and warehouse partners
Utilize load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) to benchmark and secure capacity
Build and maintain a reliable carrier network
Identify, evaluate, and onboard warehouse providers across the U.S. based on project and customer needs
Manage and update rate databases and pricing tools daily
Support RFQs and spot quotes with competitive and accurate pricing
Analyze market trends and optimize margins
Requirements
2 years of experience in trucking pricing, carrier sales, or brokerage
Strong knowledge of the U.S. OTR market and equipment types
Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms
Experience sourcing warehouses and drayage providers
Existing relationships with carriers and logistics partners (preferred)
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Commercial mindset (not just pricing)
Speed accuracy under pressure
